simplyNAD+ vs Femme Botanicals NAD+: Two Women-First Formulas, One Key Difference
By the simplyNAD+ Research Desk · September 2026 · Every figure below was taken from the manufacturer’s own website or a major retailer’s label listing, and we say so when a number could not be verified.
Femme Botanicals and simplyNAD+ are both built for women, both use quercetin and resveratrol, and both cost far less than the $99 end of this category. The difference is the active, and the fact that one of these labels tells you how many servings you are buying.

The polyphenols are genuinely well matched
Credit where it is due: Femme Botanicals picked the same two supporting compounds we did, at the same doses. 250mg quercetin and 150mg resveratrol in both. Their resveratrol is standardised Japanese knotweed extract at 98%, which is the normal high-quality source. This is not a bad formula on the polyphenol side.
One technical difference worth knowing: our quercetin is a phytosome, meaning it is complexed with phospholipids. Plain quercetin dihydrate is famously poorly absorbed, and phytosome complexing exists specifically to address that. That is a formulation choice, not a claim about outcomes.
We also include 40mg of PQQ, which Femme Botanicals does not carry.
500mg of NAD+ against 600mg of NR
This is the real fork. Femme Botanicals uses NAD+ itself; we use nicotinamide riboside.
500 looks like a big number and it is the one on the front of the bottle. But oral NAD+ has to survive digestion intact to be useful, and the reason ingredients like NR exist at all is that it largely does not — it is broken down in the gut before absorption. Every clinical trial that has demonstrated a measurable rise in blood NAD+ used a precursor. None used NAD+ itself in a capsule.
So the honest framing is not "600 beats 500." It is that these are different molecules with different absorption stories, and the one with the human data behind it is the precursor.
The label gap
We could not find a serving count published anywhere on Femme Botanicals’ product page. It states a two-capsule daily dose but not how many capsules are in the bottle, which means you cannot work out what a day costs before you buy it. We are not implying anything sinister — small brands miss this. But for a product you are meant to take every day for months, the count is the number that decides whether $66 is expensive or a bargain, and it should be on the page.
simplyNAD+ is 30 packets. $25 divided by 30 is 83 cents. You can check our arithmetic.
Femme Botanicals is also primarily a skincare and gummy line — serums, creams, mushroom gummies — with one NAD+ product in a roughly twenty-item catalogue. simplyNAD+ makes one thing.
So which one
Buy Femme Botanicals if you already shop their skincare, you want everything from one brand, and capsules suit you.
Buy simplyNAD+ if you want the precursor form with actual human data behind it, you want PQQ and phytosome quercetin in the same serving, you want to know your cost per day before you pay, and you would rather drink a berry packet than swallow two capsules every morning for the next year.
simplyNAD+ Daily is 600mg nicotinamide riboside, 250mg quercetin phytosome, 150mg trans-resveratrol and 40mg PQQ in one mixed-berry packet you drink straight — no water, no capsules, ten seconds. 30 packets per box, first box $25 with free US shipping. See the packets and pick your supply →
