Subscription policy

simplyNAD+ Daily is sold only as an automatically renewing subscription. There is no one-time purchase option. This policy explains what you will be charged, when, and exactly how to stop it. By starting a subscription you agree to these terms.

Plans and pricing

1 month. One box, 30 packets. Your first order is billed at the introductory price of $25.00. After that it renews automatically at $40.00 every 30 days, plus any applicable tax.

3 months. Three boxes, 90 packets. Your first order is billed at the introductory price of $65.00. After that it renews automatically at $100.00 every 90 days, plus any applicable tax.

The introductory price applies to your first order only. The renewal price and the renewal date are both shown on the product page, at checkout before you submit payment, and again in your order confirmation email. You also receive an email before each renewal stating the date and the amount.

Shipping

Standard shipping within the United States is free on every order, including every renewal. There is no minimum.

How to pause, skip or cancel

You can pause your subscription, skip a single shipment, change the delivery date or address, or cancel outright, at any time and with no fee. You do this yourself from your account or from the manage link in any order email. You do not need to call us, email us, or speak to anyone.

You can do this before your first box has even shipped.

A renewal that has already been processed and dispatched cannot be recalled, so cancel or skip before the renewal date shown in your reminder email. If you would rather we did it for you, send us a message through our contact page and we will action it within 2 business days.

Your first box

If your first box is not for you, contact us within 30 days of delivery and we will refund it and cancel your subscription. This applies whether or not you have opened it. Nothing needs to be shipped back. See our Refund policy for later orders.

Price changes

If we change the renewal price of your subscription we will tell you by email at least 14 days before the new price takes effect, and you can cancel before then.
